When we went to Josh & Kaitlyn’s engagement session we knew it was going to be a special one. What we didn’t know was just how much meaning it would really hold for them. They intentionally planned their session one year to-the-day of when josh proposed at the very place where they will say, “I do,” later this year. It’s the personal details like this that make these images so much sweeter and make us fall more in love with their photos!
Josh & Kaitlyn have a relationship that is built on a strong foundation of friendship. They’ve been friends for the past seven years and dated for the last two, which shows how they interact. Above all, they have remained best friends with the ability to make one another laugh by knowing just what to say. They are individually both kind and genuine people, but they’re amazing personalities are highlighted when they are together. He’s laid back and funny while she’s super upbeat and excited about life. It’s a balance that makes them a strong couple. They’re a well balanced team and above all they just fit together (oh, and they make for some gorgeous photos)! They made our job easy when it came to posing because they were up for anything, and their love naturally flowed out into each image.
After this amazing session, Alec and I cannot wait to head back to Mathew’s Manor for their wedding this December! *Be warned before you keep scrolling that you may fall in love with this sweet couple! They tend to have that effect on people!
