We have a gorgeous wedding to share with you today at the gorgeous Robert Trent Jones at Muscle Shoals. Will & Jennah’s day was a photographer’s dream from the gorgeous details to the rainbow at sunset that ended the day! Seriously, a rainbow! Not to mention how amazing Will & Jennah are as people.
What was supposed to be a hot, rainy day turned into something special for these two. Even with the threat of rain, Will & Jennah had such a steady peace about them and an unwavering hope in the joy of their day. They were surrounded by a small army of loved ones, dear friends, and the sweetest bridal party to support them in any way they needed. To us, that speaks so much to their character, because they’ve attracted people with similar hearts to be their friends.
Getting to walk through their day with them was truly an honor, and anyone who was there for their wedding would easily agree. They are two kind, generous, peace-loving people with a genuine heart for God’s Kingdom. It shined through every part of their day! Their ceremony was the most tear-filled we’ve ever witnessed as Jennah’s dad officiated. He’s pastored a local church for years and years, and you could sense the immense joy he got in being able to be the one to marry off his baby girl to such a man as Will. He even surprised them with a Ukrainian wedding tradition of making the two become one by tying their hands with a scarf. It was the perfect surprise since his family has done Ukrainian missions for most of Jennah’s life. That’s actually how the two of them met & started their friendship that eventually lead to them falling in love.
As the sunset over the water for their ceremony a rainbow peaked out was the perfect way to end their day. Our little photographer hearts couldn’t have been happier to have it stay just long enough for us to get a few sunset portraits of them beneath it. The rest of their night was spent hugging their guests and enjoying delicious food. Now they’re on their way to Jamaica & we hope they’re having the time of their lives!
Here’s to many happy years, Mr. & Mrs. Harrison!
