If we’ve never mentioned it before, we LOVE shooting surprise proposals. There is something so neat about shooting this special moment and capturing the pure joy surrounding it!
Kyle worked hard behind the scenes to make sure he completely surprised her with his proposal. With the help of one of her best friends, he formulated a sure-fire plan and we can testify that it worked perfectly! Kyle & Caitlin live in Gulf Shores, so when she made plans to pass through Birmingham he knew she wouldn’t be expecting him to be there. He had one of her friends say she was attending a party at “The Club” overlooking the city so she wouldn’t have a clue. What made the plan even better was Kyle invited both of their families to be there to witness their joy and celebrate with them. Having them there only made the moment sweeter!
The best part of it all was when Caitlin got there and realized what was happening. As soon as she saw Kylie she knew something was up! Every few moments it would hit her again that he was actually proposing. As he got down on one knee, the moment she saw the stunning engagement ring he pulled out, the moment she saw her family she just kept being swept up by the reality of it all! Her reaction said it all, she seriously can’t wait to be Kyle’s wife!
Kyle & Caitlin, congrats again you two!! We hope that the two of you find so much joy in your future marriage and that you’ll always remember the excitement of the day you got engaged!
