A Romantic Wedding at the Sonnet House

“Don’t cry mom, don’t you do it…” As tears threatened to fall down both Taylor & her Mom’s cheeks they both looked overwhelmingly happy. Taylor’s mom beamed with so much pride and joy when she saw her in her dress for the first time on her wedding day. Her mom & bridesmaids gathered close to her and laid hands, praying prayers of thanksgiving that the day was finally here. Taylor & Tyler’s wedding day. The day the two became one in the eyes of God. They soaked in every moment of it with celebration.

Taylor & Tyler are the cutest couple! They met during an unfortunate time when Tyler’s dad was admitted to UAB where Taylor is a nurse. We couldn’t do their justice, so in Taylor’s own words: “Wayne was my patient one day and he and his wife, Lisa, were two of the sweetest people I’d ever met. The three of us spent a lot of time chatting that day while I was in and out of his room and they mentioned their son Tyler to me several times but I didn’t think anything about it. The next day my close friend from work, Crissa, and I stopped by the unit to pick something up and I told her I wanted to introduce her to them. When we walked into Wayne’s room, Tyler was also there and I found out that Crissa has known the whole family for many years. It took Tyler and I one week exactly to go on our first official date and the rest is history!”

Now does it get any cuter than that?? We love how close these two are to their families and how they played such an integral role in their relationship. They’ve got a firm foundation to build their lives together on, and we can’t wait to see what they build. With their solid faith, incredible support system, and with how genuinely kind these two are it will be phenomenal!

Their wedding day will be one we talk about for years to come!! It was so sweet and everything came together beautifully. Plus, we loved their incredible vendor team. It was such a dream to finally get to shoot at the Sonnet House! Now, to cut to the chase, we hope you love their highlights as much as we do! Enjoy!
