The day of Lindsey’s bridal session called for heavy storms just three days out. It was news none of us wanted to hear as her wedding has already been postponed twice due to Covid. We couldn’t imagine having to postpone her session just two weeks out from her wedding day. So, we encouraged her to wait it out. If we’ve learned anything from being wedding photographers, it’s that the Alabama weather is always unpredictable & changes so quickly.
Thankfully, the call to not postpone paid off beautifully! Lindsey’s bridal session was one that had us saying “Wow!! This light, your dress!” over and over again. We had one of the most stunning sunsets we’ve had in ages! It was such a blessing for all of us and made her session extra gorgeous. Mathews Manor always has gorgeous sunsets, but this one was next level.
We knew after David & Lindsey’s elopement last year that she was going to be a stunning bride. She somehow looked even more radiant than we could have imagined! Her wedding dress & veil looked incredible on her. Just wait until you see these photos! Getting to explore Mathews Manor with her was so much fun. They allowed her access to the entire property which we love. If you’ve never been there before, they have several spots to get married that are wonderful.
We’re so excited to be back there today for her wedding! After two reschedules & so many months spent waiting, it’s finally here! Now that she’s officially seen David we’re so excited to be sharing her bridal session in celebration. It has been such an honor to walk with Lindsey & David throughout this engagement season! We’re so thankful for them. Next, we’re off to party the night away and celebrate them even more.
