We’ll walk you through the preparation beforehand, such as planning your imagery based on tailored questionnaires, creating customized timelines, and getting you comfortable with the camera during a complimentary engagement session.
Wedding Preparation
Once you send in your inquiry form, we’ll set a date for the four of us to meet up in person (if you're in the Birmingham, AL area). We know the best ice cream place! When you approve your proposal, and we receive your signed contract and retainer, your wedding date is officially on our calendar.

We’ve created a gentle, natural process that we’ve refined over the years and with over 200 weddings photographed and filmed. That means we’ll guide you as soon as you step in front of the camera.
Rest assured you’ll feel natural, comfortable, and confident - even if you’re a little bit (or a lot) camera shy.
We’re not professional models. How do we avoid feeling and looking uncomfortable?
Throughout our years of experience, we’ve created an experience that is so easy (dare we say, stress-relieving).
We’ll guide you through the entire process of preparing for us as your filmmakers on your wedding day in the months and weeks leading up to the date.
That includes creating customized timelines to help the day flow smoothly. It also includes questionnaires so we can tailor your wedding film to your unique story.
We’ve never planned a wedding before. What do we need to know about booking you as our filmmakers?
Yes! You deserve to know and trust your wedding photographers and filmmakers beforehand so you feel your most comfortable and confident on the wedding day.
So we will be your photographers, filmmakers, and the ones you communicate with throughout the planning process.
But please know, we take on a limited number of weddings each year. So be sure to get in touch with us as early as possible to reserve your date!
