Pursuit Community Styled Shoot

This past Sunday I was able to join an amazing group of women to work together on a styled shoot! This group of photographers, makeup artists, and other creatives came together to make something absolutely beautiful! What made it even better is the real reason the shoot happened: Jesus!
The Pursuit Community is a group of creative women and entrepreneurs who come together in Christian fellowship. The purpose of the shoot was to allow everyone to get together so we could meet, talk, encourage and love on one another. Talk about a dream! I’m always down for girl time! Add in cameras and some gorgeous models and it just got better. We all got to shoot in groups of 5-6 so we could work together and get to experience a few different types of shoots. Today, I am just sharing the wedding portion since its what Alec and I specialize in and where our passion lies.
It was a little out of the typical, “Katie & Alec,” style, but it was so fun to get creative! With darker colored florals, a fun tattooed couple, and that amazing necklace it turned out to be stunning! I only got to spend a short time working with this sweet couple and they were so much fun to work with. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to make this happen! Also, another huge thank you goes out to the team of vendors and dedicated women who worked so hard to make this shoot happen! You guys are such blessings!
