We have a confession, we’re totally obsessed with wedding detail photos… cakes, rings, dresses, etc. There’s just something so fun about seeing the details our brides choose to represent them on their wedding day. From dreamy, romantic ones to the more personal, fun choices they can make a wedding day so much sweeter.

We’re suckers for wedding shoes. Badgley Mischka heels though hold a special place in our hearts. The gorgeous sparkle is always a perfect touch. 
There is a reason outdoor ceremonies are so dreamy, its all that natural light!! We will always wish every wedding was an outdoor ceremony. 
There is somehting so sweet about a wedding dress. Each one is so unique & shows off the personality of our bride. Add in special touches like custom hangers as a gift for her bridesmaids, its just too sweet.
Again, we love wedding dresses. This one is such a favorite because of that epic chandelier and how it all highlights the dress so much. This is how you set-up detail photos, brides!

This stunning wedding cake & that gorgeous backdrop… swoon-worthy in every way! Especially that soft gold detail!
This wedding day was so special, and the sweet bride was so proud of her bouquet. We remember taking this shot and instantly knowing it would be a favorite. From the wind blowing her veil to that stunning bouquet it will always be a favorite.
Of all the detail photos we’ve taken we’re just wild about this one. From the gorgeous pink flower to that jaw-dropping solitaire engagement ring, we’re totally here for it!
What makes us love this gorgeous fire place setup, beyond how romantic and feminine it is, is how this wasn’t a “focal point”necessarily. This was a small part of their reception room, but the couple made it so special. 
When your bride loves perfume, you get lots of perfume shots! Add in those super fun heels and its just so pretty!
We love when we have extra time to photograph all the detail photos. For this Sonnet House wedding day our couple gave us all the time. This wedding bouquet setup was so dreamy & authentic!
Again, when we get time to get all the detail photos it makes our hearts so happy! This wedding day gave us extra time to play around, and this dress shot outside the venue is an all-time favorite!
The romance!! We love the focus on the bouquet but the subtle romance you see beyond it! It just gets us!
These cookies were SO cute!! This wedding reception was at Bryant-Denny Stadium so the Alabama theme was beyond appropriate! What gets us the most are those little bow-ties on the elephant cookies!
Cakes by Kim is a true artist for wedding cakes in Birmingham. This beauty had us drooling, it was as delicious as it was beautiful!
