Jake rocked back and forth nervously on the porch of Camelot Manor. He’d been waiting for this moment since he laid eyes on Ashley back at Auburn. He knew that the moment he turned around everything would change. When he turned around he would see Ashley as his bride, dressed in a white wedding dress. He would be turning around and seeing her in a whole new light.
The moment Ashley tapped his shoulder to tell him to turn around was the sweetest. They both breathed in deeply and time slowed down. As he turned she lit up with the biggest smile ever as he melted into a puddle of emotions. As his tears flowed, Ashley smiled bigger and started giggling. Both of them were totally taken into that moment together & it was so clear how much they love one another. It was everything they had both prayed for!
Really, their entire wedding day at Camelot Manor was like something out of a fairytale! From Ashley’s stunning details (y’all, she designed those gorgeous invitations herself!!) to their foot washing ceremony after their first look it was all amazing. They packed so much meaning and heart into every little piece of the day. We don’t know if we’ve every been to a wedding with so many thoughtful moments planned out as this one.
When we first met them both, we knew they were special. Jake has a friendly, fun personality and can befriend absolutely anyone. He’s full of fun stories and can seriously captivate a room! Ashley is gentle, quiet and calm. You can tell just how thoughtful and sincere she is in the way she talks and acts. On their wedding day though they came alive in a whole new way. Ashley’s personality shined with her best friends surrounding her! She’s seriously just so precious! We could keep on gushing about them both, but you get the picture. They’re incredible!!
We’re so thankful we got to celebrate such an important day with them. It felt like we were watching a romantic movie play out and we knew how special it was we were there. Ashley & Jake, we love y’all both to pieces and are so excited for what God is doing in your life. You’re the sweetest couple and we know you’ve got a lifetime of love ahead of you! We wish you both nothing but the best!

How amazing are these invitations!? Ashley actually designed them herself!
Ashley’s dad passed away back when she was in high school, to honor him she took a piece of the shirt he wore when she was born and had it sewn into her dress. It was the perfect way to keep him close to her throughout the day.
Right before their first look Ashley & Jake exchanges letters and gifts! It was hands down one of the sweetest parts of the day!
Ashley & Jake met while she was an Auburn Majorette! So, it made sense for them to celebrate with the Auburn fight song during their reception!! It was a highlight of the night!
