Everyone teenager dreams of finding their husband or wife in high school. For Logan and Samantha, that dream became a reality! Back in school a lot of local kids worked at the Homewood community pool during the summer. One fateful year, Logan and Samantha got hired along with her cousin, Tommy. It was a combination that would change the way their lives played out.
While the three of them worked together two critical things happened…
First, Tommy and Logan became best friends. The best part about it all was that as he got to know Logan, he realized how perfect he’d be for Samantha and vice versa. Their personalities were so complimentary and he knew they’d hit it off, if only they had the opportunity.
Second, he just knew he had to set the two of them up. Since an opportunity hadn’t come up, he created one. So, on the sly he asked Samantha what she thought of Logan and if she’d be interested in being set up with him. Without a second thought, she said “yes!!” She had always thought he was cute and was excited just thinking about it.
As they say, the rest is history! Thanks to Tommy and the Homewood pool they fell in love! Now, years later, here they are preparing to get married and start their lives together as husband & wife.
We knew right away when we met them that they were made to be together. They’ve got the sweetest, most friendly personalities and together they’re so full of joy! Just wait until you see how Samantha smiles up at him in their photos! Every time we get to talk to them, they just radiate kindness, encouragement, and love. They’re truly some of the best people we’ve had the honor of meeting.
Samantha has an affinity for all things light, bright & airy like we do and wanted to use our favorite locations for their engagement session. There’s just something extra gorgeous about the simple white wall and the light on top of our favorite parking deck!
As if that weren’t enough, they are using that same bright and airy feel for their wedding day design! Talk about a photographer’s dream!! Knowing her keen style and love of neutrals it’s going to be beautiful at their already stunning venue, Park Crest here in Birmingham!
