Payton & Brooks are the quintessential American couple living the American dream! He’s a teacher and football coach, she’s a nurse, and they just bought the cutest little home out in the suburbs that they will soon share once they’ve tied the knot. As they told us their story, we couldn’t help but smile because it was so sweet.
They clearly love one another deeply and are such a great pair! Their engagement session was actually our first time meeting them in person, but it didn’t take long to love them! Payton may be one of the most relaxed and laid-back brides we have ever worked with. Brooks is so easy to talk to and clearly wild about her! As they shared more about themselves and their wedding plans, we could tell pretty instantly they are most excited about their marriage. Seeing a couple who so clearly gets what is most important is so encouraging! Yes, they’re planning a stunning wedding with gorgeous details but at the end of the day, they just can’t wait to be husband and wife!
We loved getting to know this lovely couple better! We had heard so many good things about them. Thanks to the wedding world, we have known Payton’s wonderful mom, Jill, for years! She is the in-house coordinator at one of our favorite venues, Mathews Manor. It is such an honor to work with this incredible family on Payton & Brook’s wedding this July. They’ll be getting married at B&A Warehouse, which is a top venue here in Birmingham!
