Thunderstorms were forecasted for the day Harper had scheduled for her bridal session. She’d already taken off of work, scheduled her hair and makeup, and picked up her bouquet. It just wasn’t in the cards to reschedule it, so we moved it up and prayed for the best. Thankfully, she had an incredible attitude and was so excited about her session, rain or shine!
Harper had told us when she scheduled her session that she wanted somewhere that felt natural, and we knew just the spot for her! The Sonnet House is honestly one of our all-time favorite venues with its gorgeous property and, man, those porches! It also made for the perfect rain plan, just in case, which was a happy coincidence.
When she showed up and showed us her dress, we were instantly obsessed with her whole bridal look! It’s so classy and timeless, with a perfect touch of Southern charm. It was like her dress was made to be photographed at the Sonnet House because they share all those qualities. Just wait until you see the bow on the back of her wedding dress! It is to die for!
Harper’s bridal session was actually a wedding day surprise for her mom! We love how thoughtful that was and know it was so hard for her to wait for over two months to share them with her. Now that it’s wedding day, she can share them with her, and we can share them with you! We hope you love them as much as we do!
