Soft pink whisps of grass swayed in the breeze and seemed to envelop Cameron and Samantha in their velvety beauty. Every spring and fall for 2 short weeks, this grass blooms at Railroad Park. It’s elusive in its timing and something that is extra special to be able to have in a session. So, when they started planning their shoot, we knew that was the perfect spot!

Getting to meet them in person finally was amazing. Every time they’d share a little about who they are and what they do, we were surprised! They’re so interesting and hide it well under their gentle, quiet demeanors. Don’t let that fool you, though! Cameron casually mentioned camping on a boat in alligator-infested waters every winter. They’re seriously so fun and both have so many fun hobbies and talents.

They also included their precious fur baby Matti Lou! She’s a gorgeous Goldendoodle with the sweetest manners and most adorable personality. They love her so much, and having her at the session was a must for them. She was such a good girl; they got some of the sweetest family photos together.

Their wedding will be a show-stopper if their engagement session gives us even the slightest indication of how it will go. They’re getting married at the always stunning Barn at Shady Lane in May, which is the prettiest time of the year to get married there!! You better believe we are counting down the days until their wedding arrives!
