Reid Chapel Samford Wedding

Morgan and Tevin’s wedding day was pure joy from beginning to end—bright, bold, and filled with the kind of emotion you never forget. Their colorful spring celebration at Reid Chapel on Samford’s campus and The Fennec in downtown Birmingham was every bit as fun as it was beautiful, wrapped in vibrant hot pinks, soft blues, and overflowing florals that made the whole day feel like it bloomed around them.

Morgan’s bridal details were as stunning as they were personal—from her classic gown to the vibrant spring florals that tied the entire day together. Once it was time for portraits, her bridesmaids joined her in the prettiest shades of pink, each holding bouquets bursting with peonies, tulips, garden roses, and hydrangeas. The whole group looked so joyful and bright, perfectly matching the day’s energy. Tevin and his groomsmen looked sharp in navy, adding the perfect contrast to all those lively colors.

Reid Chapel will always be one of our favorite ceremony spaces, but something about this day made it feel even more special. Maybe it was the way Morgan and Tevin smiled at each other the entire time, or how their wedding party lit up the aisles—but our favorite moment was hands-down the one that surprised everyone: right after their first kiss, Tevin pulled away with tears in his eyes. It was tender, unexpected, and one of the most genuine reactions we’ve ever seen. That quiet little moment said everything about how deeply he loves her.

After portraits on Samford’s campus, the celebration continued at The Fennec, where the energy shifted into full-on party mode. Their reception was packed with dancing, laughter, and the kind of joyful chaos that only happens when you bring all the best people together in one space. Morgan and Tevin never stopped smiling—and honestly, neither did we.
