Sydney & Evan’s love story is one of our all-time favorite because it hits close to home. They met at in college at UAB (go Blazers!!) through a mutual friend. Evan played on the men’s soccer team and Sydney’s friend just happened to play on the women’s team. Needless to say they met and it didn’t take long for them to hit it off!
Now these adorable college sweethearts are engaged and planning their dream wedding. Their day is coming up at one of our favorite venues, Mathews Manor, later this year! It’s going to be an amazing Fall wedding day and we just can’t wait! From what we’ve heard, they have some amazing plans.
The first time we talked to them we just knew they were going to be so fun to work with. After the consultation we just couldn’t wait for their engagement session to get here already. We loved getting to finally meet Sydney & Evan in person at their session. They’ve got phenomenal personalities and are just so wonderful to be around. Plus, they were total naturals in front of the camera. You can just see the joy they bring out in each other all over their faces. It’s so sweet to witness!
On top of it all, after their session we even snuck away on to the campus of UAB for a couple photos near the soccer fields. It was amazing getting to be back and for all of us to reminisce on our days there! We just love it when couples when they include meaningful spots for their session, and even more so when we love that same spot! It added so much meaning and was the perfect way to wrap up the day.
