The sun was setting over the water at New Water Farms and Krys & Tyler were embracing. The light, the love, the miracle that the day was hit everyone all at once all over again. Behind the camera, Katie started tearing up. We’ve been friends with Krys since we met back in college in 2011. This moment was too sweet to handle as we watched one of our dear friends walk into her marriage so full of joy.
For years Krys prayed for the husband she knew God had in mind for her. She wanted someone kind, someone thoughtful, strong, and who loves the Lord. While she watched others find their spouse, she waited and prayed that hers would come in God’s timing. She had no idea just how amazing God’s plan was for her until she met Tyler…
It didn’t take long for either one of them to know they had met “the one” when they started dating. They just clicked and their personalities blended so well together. They bonded over a shared love of music, board games, and ultimately the Lord. Tyler is truly Krys’ answered prayer and she is his.
Their wedding day at New Water Farms was everything lovely and joyful. From her sage green details to the epic sunset portraits on the lake, we can’t get enough of it. We could talk on-and-on about every gorgeous detail or how we loved that sunset glow, but to be honest with you, we just loved watching Krys as a bride, and seeing how much Tyler loves her… The moment her dad saw her for the first time and cried… Every sweet letter they won’t for each other and their parents… Every precious and holy moment they allowed us to be a part of.
Getting to shoot their wedding day was a true honor and a privilege we will never forget. Krys & Tyler, we love you both and can’t wait to keep supporting your marriage well beyond your wedding day!
