The skies turned dark as Lucy finished stepping into her wedding gown. Rain began to fall and make soft sounds bouncing off the roof. When some brides would have panicked at the sound, Lucy stayed as joyful and soaked in every moment with her mom. Thankfully, Lucy and Taylor had the most beautiful indoor location on a lake in Florence, Alabama, to get ready at and to use for their first looks.
They chose to marry at the church they grew up attending, which was incredibly special. All that mattered to them was enjoying their day with friends and family, which showed in everything they did. Their day was thoughtful, emotional, family-oriented, and incredibly holy. They kept the most important things as their top priority and celebrated with everything in them.
Within the wedding industry, it’s well known that the greatest honor as a photographer is to photograph another photographer’s wedding. Lucy is a senior, family, and couple’s photographer in Florence, Alabama. It was such an honor for her to pick us for her wedding! She trusted us completely and allowed us to just be creative, which is always amazing!
