Capturing couples throughout multiple seasons of life is one of our favorite aspects of this job. We’ve had the honor of documenting Sarah & Alex’s engagement, wedding, and even her bridal portraits, and now, we’re celebrating something brand new: they’re expecting baby boy Dean this January!
Their pregnancy announcement session took place on the most beautiful day at a local park in Birmingham. Blue skies, soft light, and vibrant green grass made it feel like the perfect backdrop for this exciting milestone. Sarah was glowing (as always!), and Alex’s wide grin, full of joy, said it all. They’re going to be the best parents and such a blessing to baby Dean!
We’ve seen how much love and care Sarah brings to her work in the NICU — and knowing that, there’s no doubt she’s going to be an incredible mom. Seeing her hold their baby’s sonogram with so much hope and tenderness was such a sweet moment to witness. Plus, Alex is the kindest, most supportive human, and his love for others always shines through. Y’all, talk about a blessed baby boy (and parents).
Sarah & Alex, it’s been such a joy walking through so many seasons with you. We can’t wait to meet baby boy Dean and celebrate your family growing. We’re cheering you on every step of the way.
