Carlie & Weston’s Downtown Birmingham AL Engagement Photos
Some couples just feel meant to be — and Carlie and Weston are one of them.
They’ve been together for almost six years, ever since her brother introduced them back in high school. What started as a quiet friendship blossomed into something truly lasting. Their chemistry is ridiculously undeniable, and it’s so fun to see just how much they make each other laugh.
When Weston proposed during a sunset beach picnic in Pensacola (complete with flowers, family, and the sweetest setting), Carlie said yes — and we’re so glad she did.
For their engagement session, they brought their vision of modern elegance to life at two iconic locations in Birmingham, Alabama. We started at a marble courthouse downtown for a timeless engagement session look. Carlie’s white jacquard dress and radiant cut ring (from Gold Rush Jewelers!) stole the show, paired perfectly with Weston’s classic black blazer and soft smile. The architecture, her heels, the glow — it all felt straight out of a magazine.
Then, they changed into something more relaxed and headed to Highland Park, where the summer trees provided a lush, green backdrop every photographer dreams of. The way they lit up seeing the flowers, laughed between takes, and snuck in kisses made the entire shoot feel natural and effortless, just like them.
These two are planning their wedding at The Glasshouse at Alabama Eden, and after spending the evening with them, we know it’s going to be something special. We truly can’t wait to celebrate such a kind, hilarious, and genuine couple. It’s an honor!
