Hand-in-hand Caroline & Paul looked intently into each others eyes. There was something so grounding about it, something electrifying at the same time. You could see they were truly soaking in every moment of their ceremony. It was a moment they’ve been patiently waiting for. No more long-distance, no more traveling to see each other every-so-often, no more being apart. They were finally becoming husband & wife.
It was a perfect Fall day at Long Hollow Gardens. They had been praying for Fall to really kick in in time for their wedding day, which, if you’re from the South you know that’s not always the case in November. The leaves had turned into magical Fall colors & the sun was shining down just for Paul & Caroline, a prayer come to life! Really, it couldn’t have been a more beautiful day for these two to finally tie-the-knot!
This wedding was an extra special one for us. Years ago, through a Church of the Highlands small group Katie became friends with Caroline. It felt like a full-circle moment watching Caroline & Paul get married. Watching her navigate singleness, dating, engagement, and now marriage has been an honor. Selfishly, it was so amazing to get to go through the wedding day spending so much time with her!
Both Caroline & Paul were just so full of JOY! They weren’t nervous, they weren’t anxious, they never got riled up, they were just excited that their day was here. They both handled it with so much grace, and you could truly see how God blessed their wedding day.
Caroline & Paul, we can’t wait for you to bless the world with your marriage! Your kind hearts, patience, and humor will take you both so far. We’re praying for you and we love you both so much! Congrats again, Mr. & Mrs. Brown!!!

Caroline decided to surprise Paul with an American flag exit to honor his military service & it was absolutely stunning! We had to sneak one in for a couple photos!
