When I first met up with Stacey to talk details for their engagement session I asked what she was really looking for in their pictures, her only response, swings! I knew right then and there that this was going to be a super fun session for us, and let me say… it definitely didn’t disappoint!
John & Stacey’s engagement session turned out to be on one of the most beautiful days we’ve had this year! The sun was out and giving us the most beautiful light, the temperature was unusually spring like for late February. Oak Mountain State park was bustling with life! What more could we have asked for? We started near the swings, which they told us they chose because their second date was spent swinging together while they talked! How sweet y’all?! We then headed to the canoe docks and caught the most beautiful sunset that gave us some gorgeous images to end our session!
We loved getting to know John and Stacey as we wandered around the park together from one location to the next. They were pros from the beginning, especially John, and I’m not just saying that! They were great from shot #1 and on top of it all they just had so much fun together that we never slow to enjoy themselves. Oh, and did I mention Stacey’s gorgeous Diamond’s Direct engagement ring? Just wait until you see it, the detail is so stunning!!
Watching them together was so sweet and has us even more excited about their wedding at Matthew’s Manor this June! These two are one awesome couple and we know that their wedding is going to be such a fun occasion full of lots of laughter!
