Loran & Tuck’s Hometown Engagement Session

Up in northern Alabama in between fields & roaming hills Loran & Tuck grew up together. They went to the same school since kindergarden and didn’t really notice one another until high school when it all changed. Quickly they changed their walks in the hallway so they could catch a glimpse of each other in between classes. Those glimpses turned into running into each other and eventually it lead to dating. While that first stint of dating didn’t last forever (they broke up for a while there in high school) and they became incredibly close friends. Eventually they came back together and knew it was for real. They’ve been together ever since and regardless of the miles between them, the struggles that have come, and each new phase of life they’ve loved each other steadily.

The friendship that started it all is the foundation of their love now and it’s so sweet. Loran & Tuck still act like a couple of kids in love, giggling and sneaking kisses when they’re together. We can only imagine how sweet of a married couple they’ll be. Knowing them they’ll stay this fun & adorable forever 🙂

For their engagement session we met them in the town where it all began. Back to the streets they drove to see each other, the town where they fell in love & the same field where Tuck proposed. Getting to explore their little corner of the world was so fun and we loved hearing the stories they have together! We even got to see the tree that Tuck spent days carving his proposal into for Loran. It was so neat to be welcomed into so much of their story and we can’t wait to be back there next year for their wedding!
