Santa Barbara Wedding inspiration Featured on Inspired By This

We’re thrilled to finally be able to share the reason Katie went to Santa Barbara back in April! She was a part of a stunning editorial shoot at Sunstone Winery. It was a beautiful shoot, an incredible trip, and now it’s been published on Inspired By This! It’s a huge honor to see our work on their home page today. We’ve loved being inspired by their blog for years now, so this is a surreal accomplishment.

The shoot was one of our favorites today showing off the iconic Sunstone Winery. Based on romantic French inspiration it included Monet-inspired invitations with a variety of pastel colors. Custom cheese boards, luxurious gold details, and overflowing with flowers it all came together beautifully! With the rolling California hills and sprawling vineyards in the background, it couldn’t have been a more gorgeous day.

What we loved most about the shoot is it wasn’t your typical pastel wedding inspiration. No, instead it brought together multiple shades of blush, purple, and blues that felt more mature and sophisticated. The playful blush color of the bride’s dress is something we love as it stands out from other wedding dresses. The floral arch also stole the show! We love when brides include lush floral arrangements like this as the focal point of their wedding day.

We’re so thankful for the incredible vendor team who made this shoot possible! Everyone involved did a phenomenal job bringing this shoot to life. It was more than we could have dreamed of! Getting to relive this shoot today has us daydreaming of the next time we’ll be in sunny Santa Barbara! It’s the perfect place for a destination wedding that will leave guests speechless. It’s also a spot that will now always have a little piece of our hearts and imaginations.
