The tears started when Bella and Alex exchanged letters outside of Park Crest. Each of them stood there reading the hope-filled and loving words from the other soaking in those moments before their first look. Alex made it all the way through the letter holding back tears until he saw something unexpected. At the end of Bella’s letter she had a small surprise taped to the inside of the booklet with clear scotch tape. There it was, a tag for their dog with his new last name. Alex loves that little dog so much and the thoughtfulness Bella always shows shined through in the gift.
Throughout the rest of their wedding day at Park Crest that thoughtfulness continued, as did the tears and the joy. They both found so many ways to honor one another and their families throughout the day. Perhaps the most memorable and meaningful were the ways they honored Alex’s late mother. During their first look, Bella gifted him with a pin with a photo of her. He wore it throughout the day under his boutonniere so she could be with him and close to his heart during this monumental day in his life.
Looking back on their wedding, it was one that truly held so many precious and holy moments. It was such a gift to be a part of it! Every bit of the day was designed with so much intention. From the flowers to the ceremony it was all so beautiful! What was even more of a gift was getting to know Bella and Alex during their engagement season. We just adore them both and wish them nothing but the best in their marriage!
