Savannah had been dreaming of bridal portraits since she said “yes” at her proposal. When she found her dress, she made sure she had plenty of time to get it back for photos. That’s when things went off course- her dress came in a size too big. That meant extra alterations, ones that took a lot of extra time.
Two weeks out from her wedding, her dress was finally altered and ready. It felt like it was too late to make a bridal session happen, but we knew it had to happen! We immediately added her to our calendar and chose Sibyl Temple for her photos. The location was especially fitting since she and Conner got engaged at that very spot. It genuinely felt like it was meant to be, with everything falling into place with days left before her wedding.
When the day came for her session, the weather was absolutely gorgeous, the cherry blossoms were in bloom (such a special treat no one expected), and she looked so stunning! It couldn’t have been more beautiful, and the photos turned out the same. It had finally happened, she got to wear her wedding dress and see herself as a bride for the very first time just as she had hoped she would… thank you, Lord!!
Her wedding day at Park Crest in Hoover, a week later, was a spring dream come true! We can’t wait to share more of that day soon. Until then, enjoy her gorgeous Sibyl Temple bridal session.
