Highland park was glowing as the sun set behind the thick tree line. It was a beautiful day for Grace & Jake’s engagement session in downtown Birmingham. They showed up ready to go, and right off the bat, they were giggling and having so much fun together. It was obvious from the very start of their session how in love they are, and it is so sweet!
It was our first time meeting them, but it didn’t take long for us to see how sweet and fun they were together. We have to say, after spending the afternoon getting to know them, they are truly adorable together. We can’t wait to see how much more fun and love they experience in their marriage. Surely, if their relationship now is any indicator, it will be next level!
Their session had us popping around to some of the most popular spots downtown including our favorite marble church, the iconic Birmingham overlook, and Highland Park. It was a great way to show off the city in their photos, and each spot was so beautiful! We love that Grace & Jake brought champagne to pop just for their session. It is little details like this that make sessions extra fun, plus they’re keeping the cork as a reminder of this special day. The cork even made its own appearance for ring shots, and those turned out to be some of our favorites!
