Most of you know Katie and I’s photos from our work with other couples through engagements and weddings. In fact, we will find ourselves at many weddings this year. However, every now and then we are given the opportunity to take our cameras somewhere very unique. Recently we were blessed to take photos at the BJCC Arena when the Outcry Tour came to Birmingham. This was thanks to of the gracious authorization from Shane Quick, the owner of Premier Productions.
The performers at the Birmingham stop for Outcry were Hillsong Worship, Kari Jobe, Elevation Worship, Jesus Culture, and along with Brian Houston of Hillsong Church. It was an absolutely amazing night of worship. One of my favorite parts was that shooting concerts is something that I did a lot of in college before we ever started Katie & Alec Photography. However, Katie had never done music photography before Outcry, let alone something of this mass level. It was fun to see her try something like this for the very first time.
It was so awesome to be given the opportunity to be a part something different than our norm like this, as well as explore something that I used to do a lot more of a few years ago. Thank you Shane & Premier for the opportunity. Below are some of our favorite photos that we got to take!
