This past month has been crazy. We’ve had all sorts of crazy things going on from dentist appointments, surprise shoots, and traveling. I just wanted to take a moment and give a quick update to show we’re still alive and working hard!
The month of July held some time spent in a hospital for a family member, followed by a whole week in Portland, Maine. By the end of the month we were exhausted and ready to be home for a while! Maine was absolutely amazing and a once-in-a-lifetime trip (definitely the highlight of July) with some amazing photo shoots including, Ben & Jess’ anniversary session, which we highly recommend checking out!
August has been equally as busy but absolutely wonderful so far! We’ve been hard at work behind-the-scenes. There have been so many shoots we can’t share yet that we’re just counting down the days until we can blog them! Plus, also been meeting with so many amazing brides these last couple weeks and only have more meetings in the future. We have LOVED this time planning, and I am so excited as we work with them to prepare for our upcoming wedding season that starts in September! I. Can’t. Wait!!
Another big milestone for us this past month is that we have officially started mentoring budding photographers! Our heart for photography extends to teaching and its been something on our heart a lot this year. Our first meetings have been phenomenal and brought us so much joy! It’s been so exciting to begin this process and we have some much bigger surprises to announce in this area coming soon!
