A few months ago, Scott pulled off the sweetest surprise proposal for Olivia! It was such a sweet moment for these two high school sweethearts, and we were so honored to play a small part in it. They just seemed so sweet, so kind, so wonderful. So, when Olivia reached out about us shooting their wedding we were ecstatic!
Getting to see them again for their engagement session was extra special. We got to catch up on how wedding planning, school, and life, in general, have been for them. We remember how hard it was being in college, working, and planning a wedding. They’re tackling so many big things right now and doing it with such grace!
When they showed up for their session we were blown away. Just wait until you see their amazing outfits and how dang good Olivia looked!! They even brought rose petals to create a tradition of rose petal toss photos which we love! Their petal toss photos were some of our favorites from their proposal! It’s such a cute idea and a great way to make their photos even more meaningful and special.
They’re such a precious couple and you can tell what a great match they are! They’re so natural in front of the camera and so at ease when they’re together. It was also adorable watching how Scott can make Olivia smile or laugh so easily!
We can’t wait for their wedding day next June at the Church of the Highlands Chapel and Bridgestreet Gallery & Loft! It’s definitely going to be a beautiful day with the sweetest couple, the most gorgeous details, and so much love and joy!
