For years Maggie, Katie’s best friend, talked about her incredible cousin Jacksyn. She was always bringing her up mentioning how kind, funny, and fun she is to be around. We got to hear second hand about her going to college, meeting a guy, falling in love with him, and then about their engagement. It felt like Katie knew her, even though we had never met! So, when she reached out about us shooting her wedding we freaked out! It was such a fun moment!
Let’s just say it, Maggie was totally right! Jacksyn is pretty amazing, and she has the best personality of anyone you will ever meet. She’s full of energy, so extroverted, and her smile lights up a room. On the other hand, Michel is calm, steady and gentle. He’s the yin to her yang, the calm before the storm. They make so much sense together, and its so clear that God knew what he was doing forming their relationship.
Their romantic winter wedding day at Stone Bridge Farms in Cullman, Alabama was a dream day. They had so many friends there from throughout the US to support them. Boston, Birmingham, you name it, they had people there. It was a testament to their amazing personalities and how incredible both Michael and Jacksyn are. People clearly love these two, and they wanted to make sure they knew it!
We don’t have enough great things to say about their wedding day. It was gorgeous, thoughtful, and so fun. Since we know we can’t do it justice with words, we’ll let our photos do the talking!

Here mom gave her an incredibly meaningful gift! This was the first ring her mom’s dad had ever given her! She always wanted since she was a kid.
Our favorite part of the day is when Alec surprised this the Office loving couple the song Forever by Chris Brown! They broke out in joyful dancing without even thinking about it!
