Life can change so quickly! In 2019 we shot Paul & Caroline’s wedding in Nashville. Immediately after they packed up and moved to Texas where Paul was stationed with the Air Force. Then, in 2020 they found out they were pregnant with a sweet baby girl, and not just that, they are also moving to Alaska!
We’re so excited for them and all that God has in store for their sweet family! When we got Caroline’s invitation to her baby shower we were even more thrilled. With everything that 2020 held and the distance, we hadn’t seen her since her wedding day. Since she was going to be in town it was the perfect time to schedule her maternity session!
Just wait until you see how gorgeous Caroline is as a momma! She truly was glowing! Her session was so much fun, and a little unique. The Birmingham Botanical Gardens hasn’t been the most photographer-friendly in the last year. So, when we showed up and they decided to close early we had to improvise. We found some great spots nearby that we never would have shot at if it weren’t for that hiccup. To be honest, we think these sweet spots couldn’t have been more perfect for Caroline’s session!
They’re expecting a sweet baby girl named Lillie Bess this May! The pink cherry blossoms we found blooming felt like the perfect way to celebrate her!! We also loved the gorgeous little Ivy wall we found and that light… Man, was it dreamy!
Caroline & Paul, we can’t wait to see you two as parents! We just know that God has so much in store for your family!! The grace and joy that you’ve shown with all the changes you’re experiencing at once are incredible. We’re praying your transition to Alaska goes so smoothly and that you love it there.
